Amazing New Led Zeppelin Video Site

I just wanted to share with you a new website I came accross that I think you may want to check out as well.

Having grown up in the 70's and 80's music was an important part of my life. I love to watch videos of some of the bands
I used to listen to when I was growing up. Thanks to the internet and the dawn of video sites like youtube, we are now
able to watch live performances of many of our favorite bands.

One of the greatest bands of all time (in my mind at least) is Led Zeppelin. The new site listed below has taken and
created an absolutely amazing site jam packed full of led zeppelin. This is Zeppelin-Music at it's absolute best.

Lead singer Robert Plant is the ultimate showman - with his long hair and tall stature he is the ultimate Rock Star fronting
the ultimate rock band. His high pitched vocals wail out.

John Bohnam is the drummer and regarded by most one of the top 5 all time rock drummers in the world. His nickname is
Bonzo. Unfortunately John passed away long before his time was due in 1980.

Many argue that led zeppelin was the "father" of heavy metal or hard rock music, and few could disagree. Originally formed in 1968
(I know, over 30 years ago) they have sold over 200 million albums world wide.

Unfortunately after Bonham's death the band broke up. Both Jimmy Page and Robert Plant have toured alone and at times together, howver
they never were able to reach the musical genius they had before. Like their country mates Pink Floyd, once they broke up they only appeared together at major fund raising concerts like Live Aid.

Ranked at #14 in Rolling Stone Magazines all time greatest acts, I would clearly place them in the top 5 rock bands of all time.

While I never did get a chance to see them live - through the magic of the internet and online videos we can catch a glimpse of what it was probably like to see them perform. Like many of the "Hair Bands" that followed, they had a huge impact on Fashion. One of the other influences they had in the music industry was their cover artwork for their albums. Zeppelin used their album covers as artistic statements - each new album topping the previous one with tons of symbalism and imagery. The band was extremely prolific turning out a ton of albums both from the studio as well as live.

I often have wondered where this band might have gone had Jonathan Bonham not dies so early in life in 1980. I truly believe that they would have crushed all album sales records considering they have already sold over 200 million copies and have not toured in close to 20 years.

There are many artists who openly admitting that Led Zeppelin had a huge impact on them and their music. The list reads like a veritable who's who in the music industry. Led Zeppelin paved the way for many artists that followed. Please check out the site below.
